I don’t think a lot of litigators have gotten around to realizing just how useful a person’s commentary history can be in either impeaching or supporting a person’s credibility.
I’ve used it as evidence – and intend to again in the near future – and just like the main topic which brought me here – capturing audio recordings – it is an excellent tool for being able to get away from silly, pointless – and never truly resolved “he said – she said” fights. And be able to simply lay out the accurate history of who said what to whom, when and so forth…
