There are so many social media sites it is very difficult to manage them all. What if you want to post the same thing on more than one site? Do you have to go to each site and manually post?
Nope. The easiest way to post more than one thing at a time is to use a tool such as HootSuite. HootSuite has both a free and pay version.
Access HootSuite at http://www.hootsuite.com. HootSuite is Web-based. Once you set it up you can use it from any computer with Internet access.
Setup your sites in advance, and when you are ready to post, simply click on the sites to which you want to make your post. It looks like this:
As you can see, to the left next to the owl, you compose your post. To the right of “send now” you click on the sites to which you desire to post. The sites I am currently managing with HootSuite: Twiter, Facebook, Linkedin and WordPress, are listed underneath the compose button. (Click on the image if you have trouble seeing it.)
Once I have composed my message and clicked on the appropriate sites I click on Send Now. That’s all there is to it.
