My blog post for 2020 is on how website security matters for marketing (including search engine optimization). It also addresses why lawyers and their clients need to be aware of any security problems when they use portals to share data. In addition, I address some of the legal ethical issues that can arise when lawyers lack appropriate security on their websites, especially if they are encouraging data sharing with clients or potential clients.
