Sometimes I’ll log onto a site using Firefox and the site will act strangely. Sometimes the site just won’t work. This is especially common if I try to do any work on a Microsoft Website. For example entering information, verifying data, even finding and downloading documents or programs.
Here’s the deal. Some Microsoft (and other) Websites don’t work properly on Firefox. Sometimes the reverse is true and a Website won’t work on Internet Explorer.
The solution? If you find a Website acting oddly try a different browser. This is the reason, though I rarely use it, that I keep Internet Explorer on my computer. You should too.
Not every Website is designed to work with every browser. In some cases this is an oversight on the part of the designer, in other cases, well it seems intentional.
