responding bad review

It is never a good idea to have an angry response to a bad review.

      Big brands will have a massive number of legitimate backlinks just based on who they are. As a result, they will be more successful. One of the biggest problems small businesses have with their sites is getting solid backlinks. It isn’t that Google prefers big brands, it is that they are going to be the authority on themselves and they will have the links that matter.
